As an outreach specialist, you'll identify these businesses and reach out to offer them a free, no-obligation consultation. You're not selling on the phone—you're offering a valuable opportunity to learn how they can improve their online presence.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands the local business community, and wants flexible work with earning potential tied to results. The more appointments you book, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify Gold Coast businesses with outdated websites or poor online presence
- Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
- Introduce Metabundle's services and explain the value of a professional website
- Book free consultation appointments for qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and appointments
- Follow up with interested leads who weren't ready to commit
- Provide feedback on common objections and market insights
- Meet weekly appointment booking targets

Requirements
- Excellent phone communication skills with a professional, friendly manner
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of websites and online business presence
- Reliable phone and internet connection
- Available during business hours (flexible schedule within 9am-5pm)
- ABN for invoicing (or willingness to obtain one)
- Located on the Gold Coast or familiar with the local business landscape
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Knowledge of SEO, web design, or digital marketing
- Existing network of business contacts on the Gold Coast
- Experience with CRM systems
- Background in B2B sales or business development
